How do I order products from United Aqua Group?
To order, log in to our members-only eCommerce site, where you can browse thousands of products from our extensive network of vendor partners. Simply add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
For added convenience, you can upload an order using a spreadsheet with product SKUs or stay organized with our "Shopping Lists" feature. This allows you to create multiple lists so you can easily manage and add items to your cart as needed.
Do I receive rebates as a United Aqua Group owner?
Yes. As a UAG member, you earn and keep lucrative manufacturer rebate dollars. Annually, UAG secures and awards millions of dollars in rebates for our members. In addition, UAG provides extra savings through our Aqua Rewards Program (ARP).
Do I need a lot of warehouse space?
Because orders are shipped directly to members from UAG’s vendor partners, you should have enough space to receive and store the products you buy but do not immediately use.
What is the Aqua Rewards Program? (ARP)
The program allows members to earn ARP back on qualified purchases. ARP dollars can be used for travel reimbursement for our annual conference and educational events, as well as other purposes.

How do I pay?
UAG members pay through our online payment portal, where you can quickly and securely submit payments. If you are not set up on the portal, please contact Member Care to get started.
Payments made outside the portal—via ACH or wire transfer—are still accepted, but you will not earn Aqua Rewards Points (ARP) on those purchases.
