ARP Requirements
The following requirements must be met to earn the pending ARP Accrual:
- Someone from your company must attend the UAG Annual Conference each year
- Any late payment(s) will result in automatic ARP forfeit at the invoice level
- Any invoice payment(s) not paid via the Owner Portal will result in automatic ARP forfeit at the invoice level
Accreditation Form Required
Before viewing information regarding share equity, you must complete a yearly Accreditation Form and qualify as an Accredited Investor.
